This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the sights and local attractions of Morecambe – there is so much to see and do here. Well-located in Bare village, the apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the promenade and beach and a 15 minute walk from the town centre (or 5-minute drive). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bare village has a wealth of amenities, including two pubs, a tapas bar, a microbrewery, two cafes, takeaways, a post office, a butchers, bakery and chemist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The apartment has excellent transport links; it is 2 minutes from the train station with connections to Lancaster and Leeds, 2 minutes from the bus stop, which takes you into the town centre, and there are also buses to the Lake District (Windermere is 32 miles away by car). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a self-catering apartment, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and dishwasher. It s a perfect place to relax and offers a television and log burner in the lounge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3 people. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed. The second bedroom contains a single bed. There is 1 bathroom, with toilet, sink and a shower bath. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is an enclosed outside patio area, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day, or having a BBQ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property is all on the ground floor.
Secure area for bikes in the rear courtyard.
Parking on the drive for two cars.
Please note that the single bedroom is at the opposite end of the flat from the double bedroom .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
